HIITBURN WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Today, you’ll be working on your pull-ups. Your goal is to do 5 pull-ups each round, then add 5 pounds each set until you cannot do 5 reps anymore. For example…

 

Set 1: 5 reps (bodyweight)

Set 2: 5 reps (with 5 pounds)

Set 3: 5 reps (with 10 pounds)

Set 4: 5 reps (with 15 pounds)

 

Continue in this fashion until you cannot do any more pull-ups with the weight used…

You can use a dumbbell between your feet or a weighted belt around your waist.

**If you cannot do pull-ups or weighted pull-ups**

Cannot Do Pull-Ups: Do 8 bodyweight rows for as many sets as you can

Cannot Do Weight Pull-Ups: Do 4 pull-ups each set until you cannot do anymore.
