PECAN MILK

I love making nut milks. They are healthy,creamy and delish. This milk I got on the Dahl House Nutrition blog  and have been making it ever since. Pecans are incredibly nutrient dense, loaded with vitamin E, flavonoids, and anti-inflammatory minerals. It’s great for glowing skin, balanced digestion, lowering cholesterol, & keeping your heart healthy. Enjoy! ~Tiffany  ♥

INGREDIENTS

1.5 cup pecans, soaked for at least 2 hours (or overnight)

4 cups water

2 tbsp omica sunroot sweetener or 2-3 dates

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tablespoons coconut butter

10 drops of omica butterscotch stevia or just add an extra date

1/2 Tsp cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

METHOD

1. Blend & Strain through nut milk bag

2. Chill & serve !
