For today’s workout, we’re going to climb the stairs to gains.
We’re going to do progressively more difficult sets with each stair.
Ironically, you won’t be able to climb actual stairs after this, so make sure you have everything you need from upstairs before you attempt the workout.
Do each exercise for the total amount of seconds then immediately move to the next exercise. Once you finish one round, rest for 50 seconds. Do 5 rounds total.
- Instead of regular bodyweight squats, do pistol squats
- Rest as long as you need between rounds
Now I post workouts that you can do at home and no weights. I also post workouts you can do at the gym. All of these workouts I post I have done myself. I am a avid believer and proof that what you put in your body and what you do to your body can keep you young. There is no excuses! I woke up this morning and did a P90X3 Incinerator. And today at the gym I will be doing chest and this workout on the Stairmaster as my burnout. I have goals. I will be the hottest mama in a swimsuit this summer!!
