Now I post these workouts and some have pull-ups. And I bet you wonder, what? Well I can’t do one yet. But I do work on it. I have a assist band on a pull-up bar. And if I don’t do that I do a reverse pull up on a bar and 2 chairs. You can even use a broom handle and 2 chairs. All you need is to look up alternative ways to help do a pullup or a reverse. Work on it. Strength is so important. So that being said, Get it done!!
