Roasted Grape Salad!
Toss grapes in olive oil, sea salt and black pepper and bake at 450 for 7-9 minutes (I went with 9 mins).
Serve over a bed of chopped romaine, fresh lemon juice and top with sunflower seeds. Delicious!
