Hello My Fitness Peeps!

I just began my running journey 4 days ago.  It is like I have gotten better with endurance. I do sprints for cardio. Just like above but for 10 rounds. This is amazing to do fasted or at the end of your workouts. Fat burning, cardiovascular and you want to run from monsters? Well here you go!
