345 Rep Challenge


Workout Instructions
For today’s workout, all you’ll need is a little bit of space, a plyo box (or bench, stairs, etc.), and your own body.
You’ll be repeating three rounds as fast as you possibly can:
10 Burpee tuck jumps

15 Squat step ups

30 Push up hops

10 Burpee box jumps

30 Side lunges

20 Split leg v-ups
