I have done this hard ass workout the other day before the challenge started. It is a kick ass workout. If you do not have a challenger bar you can do it on the ground or do rows with weights. If you do not have weights there are alternatives. You can use water bottles,bands and gallon jugs. If there is a will there is a way to work around what you do and do not have. But weights these days can be found cheaply. Invest in some. Well enjoy your workout and BRING IT!
