Easy Fire Cider Recipe(Gut Balancing+Immune Boosting)

Fire Water

Fire Cider contains a combination of ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Each of these ingredients is a superfood all on its own, but together they make an unstoppable force to help ease upset stomachs. In addition to boosting gut health, try taking a dose of this elixir a couple days before traveling to equip your immune system for ultimate protection against parasites.

Traditionally, herbs and roots are infused in apple cider vinegar to create a fiery tonic that wards off flu, increases circulation, and helps balance hormones. While the combination of ingredients is pungent and sour on its own, added sweetness from raw honey makes it enjoyable and soothing to taste. Raw apple cider vinegar packs in plenty of probiotics and amino acids through strands known as “the mother.” Use it to help boost your health and keep hormones in balance. It’s even known to balance insulin levels in female patients with PCOS .

Tip: A pinch of black pepper increases your body’s ability to absorb turmeric, so make sure to use them together

Sometimes I will add a few fresh chopped chilies. Like jalepenos, serranos or lemons to it., and or sometimes I add fresh grated horseradish. There are so many recipes out there. Experiment. This recipe is a easy basic. This is also great to use in homemade salad dressings or drizzled on meats or Asian dishes. Enjoy!
